At Roblie E-Commerce Agency, we deliver all services digitally through secure online channels. This Delivery Policy explains how and when clients can expect their projects, files, reports, and other digital work to be delivered.
1. Service Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally via one or more of the following channels:
- Email (project files, reports, communication)
- Client dashboard or portal (if applicable)
- Google Drive / Dropbox links
- Project management tools (Trello, Slack, Notion, Asana—if used)
- Direct transfer during scheduled meetings
Roblie does not ship physical products unless specifically mentioned in the project agreement.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on the type of service purchased:
a. Standard Services
(E-commerce store setup, website creation, branding, IT tasks, etc.)
Typical delivery timeframe: 3–30 business days, depending on project scope.
b. Custom Projects
Custom or complex IT development projects will follow a mutually agreed project timeline, shared after consultation.
c. Digital Files / Reports
Reports, audits, digital assets, and similar items are typically delivered within 24–72 hours unless otherwise specified.
3. Delays in Delivery
Delivery timelines may extend if:
- Client is late in providing required information, content, passwords, or approvals
- Project requires unexpected revisions
- Third-party tools or platforms cause delays (Shopify, Amazon, hosting providers, plugins, etc.)
In such cases, clients will be notified promptly with updated delivery expectations.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, clients must:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Share required documents, access, or credentials on time
- Respond promptly to approval requests
- Follow instructions related to platform integrations or verification
Delays caused by client inaction are not the responsibility of Roblie.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once a service, website, store, or digital asset is delivered:
- A confirmation email or message will be sent
- Client must review the delivered work within 3–5 business days
- If no response is received within this period, the delivery will be considered accepted
6. Revisions After Delivery
Revisions are included only if:
- They fall within the agreed project scope
- They comply with the revision limits mentioned in the contract or service package
Additional or out-of-scope revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Failure to Deliver
If Roblie is unable to deliver a service due to internal reasons (very rare), clients will be offered:
- A replacement service, or
- A partial or full refund depending on work completed
8. Policy Updates
Roblie E-Commerce Agency may update this Delivery Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
