At Roblie E-Commerce Agency, we aim to offer flexible and transparent cancellation terms for all IT and E-commerce services. This policy explains how and when clients can cancel a service or project.
1. General Cancellation Terms
Clients may request cancellation at any time by contacting us at:

All cancellation requests must include your:
- Full name
- Order number / invoice
- Service or project details
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is submitted before any work has started, clients are eligible for a 100% cancellation with full refund.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If work has already begun, the following terms apply:
- A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
- Any work already completed, delivered, or in-progress is non-refundable.
- Planning, research, consultation time, and resource costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Non-Cancellable / Non-Refundable Services
The following services cannot be canceled once initiated:
- Domain & hosting purchases
- Software, tools, or subscription licenses bought for your project
- Marketplace account setups (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify apps, etc.)
- Custom development or design work already in progress
- Consultations or training sessions already conducted
5. Ongoing Monthly Services (Retainers / Subscriptions)
For services billed monthly (e.g., store management, digital marketing, IT support):
- Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations received after the billing date apply to the next cycle.
- No refunds are issued for partial months already delivered.
6. Missed or Delayed Client Response
If a project is delayed due to lack of client response for 14 days or more, Roblie may:
- Place the project on hold, or
- Cancel the project without refund (if substantial work has already been completed).
7. Cancellation by Roblie
Roblie E-Commerce Agency reserves the right to cancel any project under circumstances such as:
- Violation of terms
- Fraud, chargebacks, or misuse
- Client non-cooperation
- Requests outside ethical or legal boundaries
If Roblie cancels a project for reasons not caused by the client, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on work completed.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on Roblie.com with a new effective date.
